Coordinator (f/m/x) Research Contracts

We are looking for you to join our Technology Transfer team on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 75%) 


Your role in detail

  • You coordinate the processing of contracts in the field of technology transfer (agreements on material and data transfer (MTA/DTAs), confidentiality agreements, R&D contracts, contracts for contract research, etc.) in cooperation with colleagues from the Technology Transfer Office and the in-house legal department
  • You will be responsible for correspondence, mainly in English, with the partners involved in contract negotiations (DZNE scientists, external partners (mostly international), other DZNE administrative bodies)
  • You maintain the process documentation

Your qualifications

  • You have knowledge of the life sciences and ideally also of law, in particular contract law. A degree in one of these areas is an advantage
  • You are committed and interested in coordinating tasks in a responsible interface position
  • You already have experience with administrative processes, e.g. coordination of appointments and events, coordination processes with various departments
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with contract databases
  • Experience with relevant contracts in the field of technology transfer and contract negotiations is particularly valuable
  • Professional experience in the field of universities, clinics or non-university research institutions is generally an advantage
