Your role in detail

Zur Verstärkung unserer Forschungsgruppe am DZNE suchen wir eine hochmotivierte Postdoktorandin bzw. einen hochmotivierten Postdoktorand zur Untersuchung der Schaltkreismechanismen, die neuroentwicklungsbedingten Störungen zugrunde liegen.

Your profile in cutting edge research

Einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (Master), idealer Weise mit Promotion
Umfassende Erfahrung in der In-vitro-Patch-Clamp-Elektrophysiologie an ex vivo menschlichen Gewebeschnitten aus chirurgischen Resektionen sowie an Hirnschnitten von Nagetieren
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der In-vivo-Elektrophysiologie bei Mäusen.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der In-vivo-Zwei-Photonen-Calcium-Bildgebung
Erfahrung in der Verhaltensanalyse von Mausmodellen
