Im Bereich der klinischen Forschung des DZNE Bonn im Zentrum für Klinische Forschung ist ab 01.07.2026 eine Stelle als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/w)  - MFA in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

• Kontaktaufnahme mit Probanden und Probandinnen zur Terminvereinbarung
• Koordination von Studienterminen unter Berücksichtigung der Studienprotokolle und der erforderlichen Ressourcen
• Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für die Studienvisiten
• Betreuung von Probanden und Probandinnen zwischen Studienterminen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Studienassistenten
• Bearbeitung von Probandenquittungen zur Vorbereitung der Abrechnung durch die Abteilung Finanzen und Controlling

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur medizinischen Fachangestellten oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse im Gesundheitsbereich, die einen direkten Kontakt mit Patienten oder Probanden beinhalten
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit 
• Genauer, zuverlässiger und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Computern (Word, Excel)
• Erfahrung in der Koordination einer Ambulanz
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
